Solutions for facilities

Immergas offers a wide range of products and comprehensive heating solutions to create a system that covers the heat and energy needs of large-scale and public buildings. The company has a dedicated department to support investments. Immergas specialists and engineers offer their knowledge and experience to architects, designers and investors, in the preparation of boiler room projects and heating installations, at every stage - from concept to implementation. The portfolio of commercial buildings includes hotels, production halls, supermarkets, schools, among others. The product catalog includes boilers from 35 kW to 900 kW, which can be combined in cascades of 8 devices, reaching up to 7 MW of power.

Three series of boilers are proposed:

  • Victrix PRO - condensing wall-hung boilers of medium power (range 35-120 kW). The most important features are a stainless steel heat exchanger characterized by high durability and corrosion resistance, and a very wide modulation range, starting at 10%. This means that the 35 kW model, when demand is low, can operate as low as 3.4 kW, which translates into lower gas bills. The efficiency of the Victrix PRO series is 107%.
  • Ares PRO - condensing floor-standing boilers with high efficiency (power range 150-600 kW). Ares Pro boiler has a built-in exchanger with a large water capacity. This gives the possibility to work without hydraulic separation from the installation circuits, and the risk of dirt accumulation on the water side of the exchanger remains very low. It is also possible to use an existing circulation pump when replacing an old heat source, as the boiler exchanger has low hydraulic losses. The series is characterized by a wide modulation range of 23-100% and an efficiency of 109%, as well as expandable automation. The use of suitable expansion modules allows to control the operation of up to 13 heating circuits. The Ares PRO is factory-ready - the boilers are equipped with a PREMIX-type burner with modulating power, a fan with a non-return flap, a gas valve and a control board. The boiler is also factory adjusted for operation on GZ-50 gas or propane. The boiler has a built-in control module that allows emergency operation of the boiler even if the main controller fails.
  • Ares TEC - condensing floor-standing boilers with high efficiency (power range 150-900 kW). Thanks to the modular design, the user can enjoy a very large range of boiler power modulation. Each boiler consists of several modules operating independently of each other. The boiler modules are run on a similar basis to a cascade of boilers, resulting in very high efficiencies in heat production, at 109%. The design of the units allows a very wide range of modulation - models 150-350 kW (minimum power 12 kW), models 440-900 kW (minimum power 22 kW). Like the Ares PRO, the TEC series can operate on 13 heating circuits, with the additional advantage of extremely low noise emissions < 49 dB(A).

HYBRID HEAT PUMPS - A CHANGE AND AN OPPORTUNITY FOR POLAND

More and more compatriots are leaning towards modern heating solutions when building a house, and heat pumps are growing in popularity. The Polish Organization for the Development of Heat Pump Technology (PORT PC) has developed two future scenarios for the sale of water-to-air heat pumps in Poland - a baseline and an optimistic one. According to the first, by 2030 sales of such heat pumps for single-family homes will reach 71,800 units, while according to the optimistic variant - 224,700 units. Assuming they actually come to fruition, in nine years at least one in ten homes will be equipped with a heat pump. The growing popularity of heat pumps is primarily due to the fact that they are an environmentally friendly and maintenance-free source of heat for heating buildings and preparing hot water.
While the application of a heat pump solution in new construction is relatively simple, buildings undergoing thermal modernization, or investors facing the choice of replacing the heat source with a new one, have a bit more dilemmas. The need to modernize the installation and the costs associated with this are often a barrier before making a decision and choosing a heat pump. A solution has appeared on the market that is able to respond to the needs of the replacement market, without having to give up the advantages offered by a heat pump.

PIONEERING HYBRID TECHNOLOGY

Immergas was one of the first companies in the world to set its sights on developing a new hybrid technology, which is a combination of at least two appliances - a gas boiler and a heat pump, using different heat sources. Choosing an appliance that uses renewable energy sources, such as the Immergas Magis Combo V2 heat pump, is currently the most environmentally friendly way to heat a building and produce hot water, while having the lowest operating costs. In an era of rising electricity bills and food price hikes, we are looking for a variety of ways to optimize the household budget. More and more people understand the long-term perspective and are able to invest in a solution that will bring tangible savings in the future. Changing from traditional to hybrid heating allows the user to become independent of the price and availability of traditional fuels, and allows the freedom to use the heat source that is more profitable at any given time. Independence and economy are not the only advantages of such a solution. Hybrid heat pumps also allow us to expand the heating system in the future with additional solutions, such as photovoltaics or fan coils, thanks to which we have the opportunity not only to heat the house, but also on hot days to cool it down.

Immergas was one of the first companies in the industry to introduce environmentally friendly condensing technology, which has successfully displaced traditional gas boilers. Now, thanks to hybrid heat pumps, we are ready for another change and see in this technology a great opportunity for a revolution in the economic and ecological production of heating and hot water," says Magdalena Oskiera, Marketing Director of Immergas Poland.

Not without significance is the ecological dimension of hybrid solutions for the environment and the reduction of harmful emissions (CO2 by 42%, NOx by 82%)*. Hybrid equipment isthe best solution on the way to decarbonizing residential construction.
