IGP Pulvertechnik is a pioneer in the powder coating industry. The first production plant was established in Switzerland back in 1968. The company offers customers high-quality system solutions for architecture, industry, transportation and heat-sensitive substrates (MDF, various types of wood, etc.), among others.
The IGP name invariably stands for quality, safety and reliability - values that bring numerous benefits to customers. You can count on support both before and after the sale of paint. High-quality services are on offer, including technical advice, training and the development of individual color patterns. IGP's vision is cooperation based on partnership between Customers, Employees and Suppliers. Continuity of contacts and seamless long-term cooperation are central to IGP's business model, as partnerships contribute to stability and pave the way for new ideas. Every personal contact provides an opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas, build new relationships and realize common goals.
Concern for the environment is a shared goal and social responsibility - IGP embraces this responsibility through energy-efficient production, waste minimization and sustainable, energy-efficient, solvent-free powder coatings. In April 2014, IGP became the first powder coatings manufacturer to introduce international environmental product declarations (EPD = Environmental Product Declaration) in accordance with ISO-Type - III based on ISO 14025, ISO 14040 and the European standard DIN EN 15804. In March 2020, IGP Pulvertechnik Polska joined the Polish Green Building Association - an organization aimed at strengthening the foundation of sustainable construction in Poland. IGP stands for quality, innovation and safety - your partner in the powder coating industry.

The highest level of weather resistance
IGP-HWFsuperior is a solution that guarantees maximum weather resistance of powder paint. According to the requirements of the GSB and Qualicoat quality organizations, weather-resistant architectural powder coatings must show a minimum of 50% initial gloss after 1 year of exposure under the Florida Climate Test, while Super Durable products (IGP-HWFclassic) must have a durability of 3 years. The IGP-HWFsuperior series, which provides gloss and color stability for more than 5 years of exposure under the Florida climate test, defines a new level of quality for powder coatings with superior weather resistance.

Robust aesthetics that resist scratches
Outdoor surfaces such as facades, noise barriers or vending machines must be resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. Added to this are the extremely high requirements for weather resistance. IGP's scratch-resistant product series IGP-DURA®face 5807 and the highly weather-resistant IGP-HWFclassic 5903 and5907 are the answer. They not only protect products from mechanical damage, but also significantly extend their life.
We have a solution for every surface.

Best corrosion protection
According to estimates, the total annual costs caused by corrosion and the secondary costs caused by production interruptions and productivity losses amount to an average of 3.5% of gross domestic product in industrialized countries: the amount of losses calculated in billions. To prevent this and protect steel and aluminum structures, organic paint coatings can be applied. IGP's two-layer powder coating systems protect various steel, galvanized steel and aluminum substrates from corrosion occurring in various forms. The systems consist of IGP-KORROPRIMER powder primer, which prevents corrosion and improves adhesion, and a weather- and UV-resistant powder coating.
Nowadays, perfect coatings for both interior and exterior applications must be convincing in terms of economics, aesthetics and ecology. When you choose IGP coatings, you are opting for a reliable partner that will meet your expectations through continuous process optimization and outstanding innovation. A wide range of paints for various applications offers optimal protective functions, a variety of decorative possibilities, thanks to numerous color variations, degrees of gloss and textures. One of IGP's many strengths is customized solutions. We encourage you to take advantage of this advantage, which will allow you to significantly differentiate yourself from the competition.
