In a newly built single-family house in Warsaw's Wawer district, a complete heating system based on Virtuens Smart 24 kW gas condensing boiler and hot water heater was installed. AQUAvie 125 l. Modern house - modern heat source
The project includes a 200 m² single-story house, equipped with underfloor heating and radiators in the bathrooms. The nature of the building, including the high standard of insulation, required an appliance with wide power modulation and precise automatic control.
I wanted a system that would be trouble-free, economical and ready for the future - also in terms of a possible combination with a heat pump. Virtuens Smart met these assumptions best," says the investor.
Virtuens Smart - premium gas boiler, ready for hydrogen
The Virtuens Smart gas condensing boiler is equipped with a stainless steel toroidal heat exchanger, a brass hydraulic module and power modulation from 10 to 100%. The Gas Adaptive System used automatically adjusts the combustion process to the type of gas and operating conditions, guaranteeing low emissions and higher efficiency. The device is also adapted to burn a gas mixture with 20% hydrogen, which puts it in the direction of the development of green fuels of the future.
DHW comfort with the AQUAvie heater
The AQUAvie 125 l heater, made of stainless steel and equipped with a 2.7 kW heater, provides stable and quick access to hot water. The use of stainless steel eliminates the need to install a magnesium anode, simplifying operation.
Hot water is available immediately, even with simultaneous use at several locations. This was an important argument for me when choosing the set," adds the investor.
De Dietrich boiler - efficient installation and thoughtful design
The installation was completed in four days. The kit with the boiler includes a mounting frame, a set of valves and an automatic filling module, which speeds up the work.
This is one of the installations that is simply a pleasure to do - Virtuens Smart boilers have a very thoughtful design, and the whole installation is intuitive, the installer evaluates.
In addition, a magnetic filter XS90 A (Atom) is used, which increases the life of the installation and allows to extend the warranty - up to 5 years for the boiler and up to 8 years for the heat exchanger.
Automation and smartphone control
The heating system is managed by advanced automation, which allows you to manage two heating circuits as standard. In addition, the system is equipped with a smart TC° room thermostat. The user can control the installation from the De Dietrich Smart app, setting temperatures, schedules or vacation mode.
Controlling from the phone is a great convenience. I can change the temperature before I get home, or switch the mode when we go away for the weekend," the developer emphasizes.
Hybrid system readiness
The entire system has been prepared for future connection with a heat pump, creating a hybrid system that allows dynamic selection of the most efficient heat source. Virtuens Smart is fully compatible with such solutions and designed to meet modern low-carbon standards.

For new, well-insulated homes, Virtuens Smart fits perfectly. It's a boiler that simply works, while leaving the user open to hybrid systems, the installer concludes.
The realization in Warsaw confirms that gas condensing boilers continue to be an efficient, economical and future-proof component of heating systems, including in single-family housing.
