Available in a power range of 4 to 13 kW, the Alezio M R290 combines a monoblock design with high performance. Thanks to the use of propane, the unit reaches a supply temperature of up to 75°C at -10°C, which makes it possible to upgrade systems with radiators. The operating range from -25°C to +35°C ensures stable heating even in winter.

The quiet outdoor unit (ErP sound power up to 52 dB(A)) and compact dimensions make it easy to install and use in single-family housing. Installers will also appreciate not needing F-gas certification.

The unit handles heating, cooling and domestic hot water preparation. In combination with BTW storage tanks, Assure heaters and Smart TC° control, it allows to create integrated heating systems. Alezio M R290 can work with a solar system or a gas boiler to support hybrid systems. The pump meets the requirements of the Clean Air Program, is HP Keymark certified and offers a 5-year warranty.

MHTC R290 heat pump for commercial and multi-family properties

The MHTC R290 is a solution for multifamily buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings or hotels. Available in capacities of 20 and 30 kW, it can operate in a cascade of up to 8 units, reaching powers of several hundred kilowatts.

With an operating range of -20°C to +40°C and the ability to achieve supply temperatures of up to 80°C, the unit is well suited for installations requiring high performance. The Scroll Inverter compressor, with modulation from 13 to 100%, ensures precise matching of operation to demand, and the quiet mode enables noise reduction of up to 12 dB(A).

Its modular design makes it easy to service, and its advanced integration capabilities - including compatibility with ModBus automation as well as BMS systems - allow central management of plant operation. In combination with DiemaControl Hybrid consoles, the unit can control cascade and hybrid systems.
