LASTOFLEX ST - An innovative liquid silicone-based product with a 25-year lifespan
Is a complete innovation in the market of liquid waterproofing membranes. Our silicone coating incorporates the sum of the advantages of most liquid waterproofing products available on the market. First and foremost is the longevity of the product, as determined by appropriate testing. As a non-fire-spreading product, it has been classified as Broof (t1). Its white color makes it classified as a "cold roof" system. It has a solar reflectance coefficient of the so-called SRI of 0.88, which gives a definite reduction in the heating temperature of the surface after the application of the membrane. The membrane retains full flexibility in the extreme temperature range of - 40 °C to + 80 °C. The structure of the coating allows the substrate to "breathe", which prevents the accumulation of moisture in the insulation layers of the roof. According to ETAG 005 classification, the expected service life of the system is a minimum of 25 years.

FLEX RUBBER MS - is a single-component liquid polymer membrane modified with silanes
Stand-alone and full-value solution for surface waterproofing of roofs and terraces. This product cures when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a seamless, strong and highly plastic waterproofing barrier. The key distinguishing feature of the technology is its flexibility, retained even at temperatures in the order of -40 °C, with excellent thermal resistance, so that the coating does not soften or become tacky when the surface is heated to + 80 °C. The membrane is permanently flexible which results in a good working relationship with the building. In the context of sustainable construction, FLEX RUBBER MS in white performs the function of the so-called " Cool Roof" (Cool Roof) - thanks to the high reflectivity of solar energy, it allows to significantly reduce the temperature inside the building during the summer season. The product is vapor-permeable, which eliminates the risk of condensation inside the roof envelope, and its resistance to UV radiation, frost and standing water guarantees many years of use without the risk of peeling of the coating. FLEX RUBBER MS does not contain isocyanates and is a safe solution for the contractor and the environment, providing a reliable protective barrier for years.
MS NOW - is a single-component silane-modified liquid membrane with dispersed reinforcement.
Not every retrofit requires full waterproofing of the slope. In cases where spot protection or detail sealing is a priority, MS NOW technology offers solutions with the highest precision. The fiber-reinforced silane-modified membrane is dedicated to infrastructure with unusual shapes, and is ideal for sealing screws, chimneys, pipes, solar panel bases and gutter troughs. Thanks to its thixotropic consistency, it allows application in one thick layer without the risk of blistering.
