The use of an insulating system ensures an increase in the energy efficiency of buildings, thanks to the reduction of heat loss and an increase in the insulation of the building envelope. Holcim TectorTherm is an ETICS ( External Thermal Insulation Composite System) insulation system based on proven and compatible components, the use of which enables the proper thermal insulation of buildings. The newly introduced system - certified by the National Technical Assessment - consists of high-performance EPS polystyrene foam, adhesives for polystyrene foam and making the reinforcing layer, plaster primer, thin-coat plasters and facade paints. The system also offers a wide range of plaster coatings and colors that can be modified individually through tinting based on spectrophotometric analysis. Holcim's automatic tinting systems guarantee color repeatability, enable the reproduction of unique colors, e.g. in renovations of historic buildings, and ensure high chromatic stability (confirmed by QUV tests).
The TectorTherm system was designed to meet the specific needs of all participants in the investment and construction process. For the investor, this means the certainty of durability, high energy efficiency and aesthetics of the finish, while reducing the building's operating costs in the long term.
