In this design, the nature outside the window unites with the interior design. Warm, stylish wood patterns, moody blacks and navy blues, intertwine with nautical accents.

Design with distinction

This modern apartment is located near the Zegrzynski Reservoir. The place is extremely attractive. It allows you to relax and spend your free time actively, while there are exceptional views outside the window. The investors greatly appreciate this picturesque climate, so the apartment has no shortage of accents visually alluding to the close surroundings. Architect Ewa Krawczyk of Pracownia Anders DesinE designed a bedroom and a study in the apartment, which combines loft style with nautical elements. This project won an honorable mention in Pfleiderer's Interior of the Year competition.

Bedroom

The bedroom is a true oasis of calm and a place where the apartment's owners find solace. Dark shades of blue were used here, which bring calmness and warm, harmonious wood patterns to the interior. The designer suggested the use of laminated board. Long cracks and expressive grain visible on the surface of the decor, made the bedroom interior look very natural and cozy. This impression is also enhanced by blinds made of wood and lighting with a warm, golden color. Theaforementioned laminated board was used to make furniture and covered part of the wall behind the bed.

- The selected decors reflect the natural wood very well. They have an interesting structure, texture and color. Thanks to this, they perfectly relate to the surrounding nature and the nature that prevails around the building where the investors' apartment is located," Ewa Krawczyk emphasizes.

For an even cozier effect, the architect designed a high, floor-to-ceiling headrest made of soft panels trimmed with navy blue satin.

Elements of wood can also be found in the study, but here it is accompanied by moody black. The furniture - bookcases and desk - is also made of laminated board. The chosen black is a strong and deep color, which at a longer look visibly falls into shades of gray. This makes it not as dominant as a typical black color, but still very stylish and atmospheric. The use of black gave the interior of the study a slightly industrial vibe. The room is decorated in a more austere way than the bedroom, but thanks to this, nothing distracts from the work. The architect, as in other rooms, did not forget about nautical accents - the black wall behind the desk features striking sketches of sailing boats.
