What does sunny California have in common with building a house in Poland? Seemingly not much - different climate, different landscape, different realities of life. And yet, it was there - on the west coast of the USA - that the idea that inspired us to create the P.16 California house was born. A house that not only looks modern, but that allows you to truly live differently - in a slow rhythm, close to nature, in a space that soothes rather than overwhelms.

This is a project created for families and couples who value comfort, but also aesthetics. For those who dream of a morning with coffee by a panoramic window overlooking the garden, a spacious kitchen for cooking together and a living room with a high ceiling that gives the interior a unique lightness.
First floor - the heart of the house that invites you to live
The first floor of P.16 California is the living area, designed to naturally integrate residents. An open kitchen with an island, a spacious living room with large glass windows and a dining room in the light zone create a place where one can both relax and spend time with loved ones.

The high ceiling in the living room is not only a visual effect - it also means more air, light and space, which has a positive effect on well-being. Large glass windows open the house to the garden and allow the interior to blend seamlessly with the outside landscape.

First floor - your private space
On the first floor we planned a comfortable private area. The master bedroom with a dressing room and its own bathroom creates a personal retreat for the owners. In addition, there is an open space on the mezzanine that you can arrange exactly as you want: as a home office, relaxation zone, yoga, library or art studio.
