Elegance and holiday laid-back - inspired by the Hampton style.
The investors opted for an interior that combines classic elegance with an atmosphere of summer leisure. Hampton style, drawing from seaside residences, became the starting point for the arrangement. A delicate color palette - shades of blue, beige and white - and natural materials, such as wood and linen, create a space conducive to relaxation. Subtle details, such as wall moldings and decorative fabrics, add sophistication to the interior, while keeping it light and casual. The investors wanted the apartment to be not only elegant, but also associated with relaxation. The Hampton style allowed the architects to create a space that is both luxurious and cozy.

Smart home - technology in the service of comfort
A key element of the project is the ABB-free@home smart home system, implemented by YAK. This solution integrates lighting, blinds, curtains, a terrace pergola, plant irrigation systems and security features such as overgrowth and flooding sensors. Using a mobile app, owners can remotely control all functions of the apartment, which not only increases comfort, but also optimizes energy consumption. Simple switches, reminiscent of traditional ones, hide advanced features, such as the ability to create lighting scenes. Home automation also includes air conditioning and multimedia, making the penthouse fully adaptable to the needs of modern users. Such solutions are increasingly ceasing to be a luxury, becoming a standard in modern interiors.

Open living area - the heart of the apartment
The focal point of the penthouse is the open living area, which connects the living room, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Despite the sloping ceiling, the space is full of light thanks to large glazing and bright colors. The functional layout was designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind - upholstered furniture, wooden accents and subtle accessories create a harmonious whole.

The terrace, surrounded by greenery and plants in pots, is an extension of the living room. A pergola allows you to use it regardless of the weather, while comfortable furniture and natural materials enhance the restful character. The architects took care of a smooth transition between the interior and the surroundings, which promotes relaxation and integration with nature.

Kitchen - a combination of style and functionality
The kitchen in the penthouse is an example of the perfect combination of aesthetics and practicality. The furniture cabinetry makes maximum use of space, offering hidden cargo, space for waste segregation, a dishwasher and an automatically opening wine cooler. The two-door refrigerator provides ample capacity, and its design is in keeping with the elegant style.

The island with upholstered hockers serves as a place for quick meals or morning coffee. Of particular note is the farmer's sink, which adds rustic charm to the kitchen.

Dining room - meals overlooking the greenery
Large glass windows in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen allow you to enjoy the view of the surrounding trees, which change with the seasons, creating a natural decoration. A wooden table with blue chairs and subtle lighting, including glass lamps, add lightness to the interior. Wall moldings reinforce the classic character of the arrangement, while soft lighting emphasizes its sophistication.

Corridor - harmony of patterns and colors
The hallway, separating the living and private zones, is an example of combining decorativeness with practicality. Wooden herringbone on the floor is adjacent to tiles arranged in a carpet-like pattern. Wainscoting in the lower part of the wall harmonizes with the patterned wallpaper, and blue accents harmonize with the warm shade of the wood. In the narrower part of the corridor, white was used on the walls and ceiling, which optically enlarges the space and masks the slanted ceiling.

Bedroom as an oasis of calm
The master bedroom is the quintessence of relaxation. Maintained in shades of blue and beige, it combines elegance with a seaside vibe. The centerpiece is an upholstered bed with a decorative headboard, while wall moldings add a classic touch to the interior. In summer, open patio doors let in warm air, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. The adjacent dressing room, hidden behind the bed wall, was designed with functionality in mind. Bespoke closets, backlighting and organization systems allow for convenient storage of clothing and accessories, making maximum use of the space under the bevel.

This project shows how cleverly you can use the space under the bevels in the attic - you just need to fit customized buildings and hide modern solutions, allowing you to conveniently store clothes, accessories and other small items. The cabinets are 60 cm deep, in addition, shelves and smaller organization systems are provided - and each item is illuminated to make it easier to use, the architects emphasize.

Bathroom - a home spa with a retro touch
The main bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, is a space inspired by luxury spas. A free-standing bathtub against a glass wall allows you to admire the night sky while bathing. An undercounter sink and retro-style undercounter faucet add elegance to the interior, while a radiator and floor faucet next to the tub reinforce the classic character of the arrangement. A sliding door leads to a separate toilet, which increases the functionality of the bathroom, especially when used by two people at the same time. An alcove with a customized cabinet helps organize the space.

Guest toilet - a small jewel of design
The guest toilet is an example of how to achieve great effect in a small space. Patterned tiles on the floor and ceramic "wainscoting" on the walls combine with fabric-textured wallpaper. A navy blue background exposes the wooden cabinet.

How to introduce Hampton style into your interior?
The Hampton style, which combines elegance with seaside casualness, can be successfully adapted in your own home. The key is a light color palette - shades of white, beige, blue and gray - which create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is worth betting on natural materials: wooden furniture with a subtle sheen, linen curtains or jute carpets. Characteristic of the style are details such as wall moldings, paneling in the lower part of the walls or upholstered furniture in muted colors. Accessories , such as ceramic vases, lamps with fabric lampshades or decorations in a nautical atmosphere (for example, shells, ropes), will emphasize the holiday character. It is also important to introduce plenty of natural light through light curtains and large windows, which will optically enlarge the space. To avoid overdoing it, combine classic elements with modern touches, such as metal hardware or glass, which will give the interior a contemporary flair.
