Glazing with minimalist design and maximum surfaces

KER3MR windows and sliding doors
From the series "Window and door trends 2020".

Following the direction set by the most famous architects of the modernism era, we try to break through technical barriers, creating glazing with minimalist design and maximum surfaces. Therefore, one of the solutions that is most often used in today's construction industry is undoubtedly sliding windows and doors. They make it possible to provide a lot of light even in rooms with a considerable surface area, introducing considerable gains into the heat balance.

Design and exclusivity

Over the past few years we can observe huge changes in single-family housing. Investors no longer expect only individual and modern design. High thermal and acoustic parameters and no compromises have also become very important to them. Large glazing, eliminating the boundaries between the interior and exterior sides of the room, have become important design elements, as well as a factor that sometimes changes the visual perception of the entire block. All these expectations are perfectly answered by KER3MR with a narrow-profile system that fits perfectly into modern architecture.

Technical competence, experience, creativity

Solutions that were completely unavailable a dozen years ago are slowly becoming standard today. Today, customers do not have to limit themselves to ordering market-standard doors or windows, and architects have more freedom at the design stage.

That's why it's so important to tailor an individual design to the requirements of the architect and the investor. KER3MR's vast practice, 15 years of experience with demanding narrow-profile systems, technical knowledge, reliability, but also customized solutions are the elements necessary for cooperation on individual projects.

Minimum means more

KER3MR is one of the first companies on the Polish market to implement sliding doors based on narrow profiles into its offer. For more than 10 years we have been offering our customers unconventional solutions based on minimalist European systems. These solutions use glass as a load-bearing-structural element, which makes it possible to reduce the width of vertical door leaf profiles to a minimum of 25 mm.

KER3MR narrow-profile systems offer great design possibilities. 2- and 3-pane glazing, compatible fixed walls that form a visual whole with mobile walls, up to 5 running tracks and a complete absence of a threshold, meet the needs of modern architecture. The possibility of using electric drives for sashes over 400 kg and the size of the sliding sash up to 18 m², significantly affect the comfort of the designed house.

High insulation

Increasingly, thermal as well as acoustic insulation is an important element in the selection of sliding windows and doors. Modern designs are largely oriented towards reducing operating costs while providing the greatest possible comfort.

The high thermal insulation coefficient of KER3MR narrow-profile systems at 0.8-0.9 W/m²K and sound insulation of 41 dB make narrow-profile systems increasingly used in projects.

More possibilities - zero compromises

The individuality of the project also lies in the ability to freely choose the function of KER3MR narrow-profile glazing and additional elements that increase the comfort of users. Having every functional type from slanted doors, pivots to vertically sliding doors gives Architects and Investors more choices.

Profiles in the full RAL color palette and anodizing in many colors, in addition to shading systems in several varieties - external and coating - and the possibility of using mosquito nets integrated with sliding doors mean that the only limitation in the project can only be your imagination.
