After the bedroom and bathroom, it was time to present the living room combined with the kitchen and dining room in a unique Wroclaw space designed by KODO studio.

The apartment of almost 90 square meters consists of a hallway, a spacious living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living space was created by combining the living room, kitchen and dining room. Filled with muted browns and grays, the living room is furnished with furniture of unobvious form, complemented by the texture of fabrics, carpets and distinctive color of accessories. The kitchen is a story written in wood - stylish built-in fronts create matte surfaces coherently combined with black furnishings. Between these spheres was placed the dining room - an atmospheric meeting place, with equipment that color and form bond the utility of this unusual space.

The apartment itself, its layout and windows became the base for further arrangements. The high ceilings (over 3.70 meters) were highlighted by suspended panels in the shape ofarches - as a reference to the shapes of the window openings. Multiple layers of textures and materials were added to create incredible depth. This made use of full-height mirrors on the wall, a furniture board not only as a piece of furniture, but also as a wall covering, and an unusual brick finish. The condition of the original brick did not allow it to be left as itwas - lime mortarwas used, which gave the walls a very natural, intriguing look.

Thanks to the use of glossy tiles and glossy lacquer on the oak parquet flooring laid in a herringbone pattern, there are a lot of reflective surfaces in the apartment. The color scheme was broken by the red-brick color, which appears on the doors, walls, furniture and accessories in the apartment. Note the juxtaposition of different materials and finishes, such as leather, wood, lime mortar on one of the walls, metal armchair and chair railings and a long-pile carpet.
