Warsaw's Mokotów is a place where the urban pulse harmoniously intertwines with the soothing presence of nature. It is here, right next to the Royal Baths - one of the most beautiful parks in Poland - that an apartment was created that redefines the concept of luxury. Located in the prestigious Belvedere Residence building, the 128-square-meter apartment designed by Sara Zwolinska, founder of the FRIGG CONCEPT studio, is a manifesto of elegance, modernity and thoughtful design. In this article, we take a peek into the interior, where technology meets art, and the black color palette gets a new and surprising face.
Royal Baths
- a green extension of everyday life
The Royal Baths is not just a park - it is an enclave of tranquility, steeped in history and aesthetics. Tree-lined avenues, classicist architecture, glistening ponds and a palace on the water create a place ideal for daily respite from the hustle and bustle. For the residents of the apartment at Belvedere Residence, it's almost a private garden - a space for a morning jog, an afternoon stroll with a child or evening moments of reflection. The building itself offers just as much - a wellness area with a swimming pool, saunas and a gym provides a balance of body and spirit. This is a place for those who want to live beautifully and comfortably - in the vicinity of culture, nature and urban style.

Interior architecture: a space designed for living
The apartment was designed with a young family in mind. Its layout has been thoroughly thought out - a clear separation of the living and private areas allows for free functioning, while providing the necessary sense of intimacy. Every inch of space has been used with a precision that combines architectural logic with homely warmth.
Black, light and walnut - a bold but harmonious palette
The interior of the apartment captivates with its consistent and bold styling. Black dominates - walls, furniture, accessories - but thanks to the use of glass, lacquer and reflective surfaces, the space is not overwhelming. On the contrary - it intrigues and invites. Warm walnut wood softens the severity of the dark tones, introducing balance and elegance. This is an interior that is not looking for a cheap effect - rather, it builds mood and character.

Living and private area - a design that respects the rhythm of life
The living area - bright, open, comfortable - acts as the heart of the house. This is where life happens: shared meals, conversations, time with the family. The private zone, on the other hand, has been designed as a space of tranquility - bedrooms and bathrooms separated from the city noise allow for true relaxation.

Bedroom - elegance, warmth, functionality
The bedroom is the visual and functional jewel of the apartment. Dark matte walls, illuminated vertical LED strips and soft cream-colored bedding create a space that soothes the senses. Thoughtful storage solutions - from closets to alcoves - don't disrupt the cohesive aesthetic, and Gira lighting allows you to adjust the mood as needed. It's a place that truly breathes tranquility.

Bathroom - stone, wood and light in perfect balance
The bathroom combines style and functionality. Dark marble with white veining, black fixtures, a minimalist shower cubicle all blend into an elegant, almost gallery-like space. A walnut wooden countertop warms the interior, and a large mirror optically enlarges it. Discreet, atmospheric LED lighting also appears here - highlighting the textures and introducing a sensual atmosphere.

Corridor - from a challenge to an asset
A long, narrow hallway could have been a problem - but it became an opportunity to create a visual "wow" effect. Zwolinska used mirrors along the entire length of the walls, which not only optically enlarge the space, but also introduce a play of light and reflections into the interior. This is an example of how intelligent design can turn a limitation into an asset.

Modern luxury - quiet, conscious, beautiful
The black apartment at the Royal Baths shows that luxury doesn't have to be loud. This interior tells the story of an aesthetic that doesn't epitomize, but fascinates - thanks to balanced design decisions, advanced technologies and a deep understanding of the needs of the occupants. The apartment created by Sara Zwolinska is not just a well-designed space - it is a lifestyle in harmony with nature, the city and oneself.
