The house is located on a plot of land with a steep slope.

Wanting to take advantage of the natural terrain, the building was divided into 3 blocks, which were integrated into the terrain at different levels. Natural materials that blend in with the landscape, such as larch planks and ceramic sinter with a stone finish, were used on the facades.
