Powiśle is a unique corner of Warsaw that, despite its location in the heart of the city, offers an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Green parks, proximity to Warsaw University and bustling business centers create a space ideal for those who want to live in the rhythm of the city, but with the opportunity to calm down after a busy day. It is here, in this unusual neighborhood, that "Pastel Powiśle " was created - a project by Jacek Tryc, an architect who sensitively combined functionality with subtle aesthetics. The 73-square-meter apartment, completed in the spring of 2025, is a real gem among Warsaw's arrangements.

An arrangement with soul: functionality in pastel
"Pastel Powiśle" is an apartment designed for two professionally active people who are looking for a place to regenerate after an intense day at work. The architect set himself the goal of creating a space that calms down, reduces stimuli and introduces harmony - so necessary in the hustle and bustle of the city. Pastel colors in the interiors, soft forms and intelligent spatial solutions became a key element of the project, which allowed maximum use of every inch of the 73-meter space.

A hall that welcomes with warmth
From the threshold, "Pastel Powiśle" impresses with thoughtful details. The hall features a large closet with a niche, which serves as a comfortable seat - perfect for putting on shoes or a moment of rest after returning home. The coolness of the ceramic wall coverings is broken by upholstered panels, which add coziness and warmth to the interior. This solution is not only pleasing to the eye, but also fits in with the 2025 interior design trends, which focus on combining aesthetics with practicality.

Living room, dining room and kitchen: the heart of the house in one
The small square footage required the architect to be creative in the use of space. In "Pastel Powiśle," the living room serves several functions at once - it is a place for relaxation, a dining room, a kitchen and even a work space. Thanks to the open arrangement, residents can move freely between daily activities: from preparing breakfast, to having lunch together, to working at the desk, which has been discreetly integrated into the space.

The kitchen impresses with its refined minimalism. Light beige matte cabinets with discreet gold handles create a cohesive base, the warmth of which harmonizes perfectly with the floor lined with parquet in a classic herringbone pattern, exuding natural charm. The wall above the countertop, covered with brick tiles in a deep shade of terracotta, introduces a balanced contrast, adding character and coziness to the interior. The heart of the space is a round wooden table surrounded by four chairs with gray upholstered seats, under which hangs a stylish lamp with milky white shades - a detail that subtly enhances the aesthetics of the arrangement.

A clever solution is a closet hidden behind the desk, accessed from the bedroom. Such a procedure allowed to save space, while maintaining the minimalist character of the interior. What's more, the apartment managed to find space for a guest toilet and a separate bathroom for the hosts - a luxury rarely found in apartments of similar size.

Symmetry that soothes the senses
The bedroom in "Pastel Powiśle" is a true oasis of calm. The focal point is a bed with a high upholstered headrest in a warm beige hue, divided into geometric panels that add depth and texture to the interior. The symmetry of the space is emphasized by two pendant lamps with simple, milky white shades with brown accents, hung on either side of the headrest. The light beige walls harmonize with the matte fronts of the built-in cabinets, equipped with gold handles, which offer practical storage space while remaining aesthetically clean.

Atmosphere-building details
In "Pastel Powisle" every element has been carefully considered to create a coherent and harmonious whole. The architect opted for unconventional color combinations: subtle shades of lamps, tiles and fabrics harmonize with the pastel color palette - delicate pinks, blues and beiges. Such a color scheme brings lightness and tranquility to the interior, while encouraging experimentation with accessories that can give the space an individual character. Stone countertops and elegant lamp details add sophistication to the arrangement, and the warm light that oozes from well-chosen fixtures builds a cozy atmosphere. Note the soft forms of furniture and accessories - rounded edges soften the minimalist style, making the interior more welcoming and homely.

Trends 2025 in interior design: what does "Pastel Powisle" teach us?
Jacek Tryc's project is not only a beautiful space, but also a source of inspiration for anyone who wants to furnish their apartment in accordance with the latest trends. Here's what to take from "Pastel Powiśle":
- Pastel colors as a base: soft shades are the perfect choice for those who want to create an interior conducive to relaxation. Combine them with natural materials - wood, stone or linen - to add warmth to the space.
- Multifunctionality at the forefront: in small apartments, it's worth betting on spaces that serve several roles. A living room that is both a dining room and an office is a solution that would work in any home.
- Upholstered panels for coziness: this is one of the hottest trends of 2025. Panels on the walls in the hall or bedroom not only look stylish, but also improve the acoustics of the room.
A space you want to live in
Jacek Tryc, thanks to his vision and attention to detail, has created a place that is not only beautiful, but also perfectly suited to the needs of the residents. Pastel colors, soft forms and intelligent spatial solutions make the apartment in Powiśle a true oasis of calm in the heart of Warsaw.
