The uA76 houses project is a proposal for a modern, geometricblock with natural elements on the facade and a simple gabled roof, in the type of a modern barn.

The exterior uses a light, delicate color scheme, accompanied by wooden elements that emphasize the dynamics of the whole. The economy of form, visible primarily in the shape of the body, makes this project can be confidently counted among projects cheap to build. This ergonomic design of a single-story house with a mezzanine is an ideal solution for a family of 2+2.

The uA76 project was designed on the plan of an elongated rectangle, with a representative entrance and a large terrace. The layout of the house is spacious and functional. On the left side there is a separate living area - a large kitchen with a pantry, accompanied by a dining room and a spacious living room with an entrance opening onto the terrace and garden. Above this part is a mezzanine, which serves as a place for work and recreation.

The night zone includes a bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room, as well as rooms for children. A two-car garage with utility rooms has been integrated into the body of the building.
The project is also available in slightly modified variants: uA76v1, uA76v2 and uA76v3.
