The uA34v1 house project is a design of a simple and inexpensive to build house with a pitched roof and optimally utilized interior space. It has a two-car garage with access to a utility room.

The vestibule serves as a public dressing room and a connection to the garage. Within the entrance area is a small bathroom, and to the left of the vestibule is a staircase under which a pantry is planned. The well-lit kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with access to an extensive terrace.

The storey above the first floor is a classic night zone with a small corridor connecting all rooms. It contains the children's bedrooms, a sizable parents' bedroom and a shared comfortable bathroom. Access to the terrace located above the garage was planned from the parents' bedroom and the children's room.
