uA88 is an interesting proposal for both developers and individual clients. It is a project that we can modify and it can appear in many variants: as a single-family house of two units(semi-detached) or one unit (so-called half) or in the form of terraced housing.

One unit has a usable area of 125.69 m². The block includes a single-car garage. Downstairs, the living zone is designed with a living room with dining room and kitchen, as well as a toilet and utility room.

Upstairs, the night zone includes three bedrooms, a public bathroom and a laundry room and dressing room.

The overall design is an ideal combination of comfortable living and functional room layout. The exterior elevation is maintained in a modern style with the use of standing seam metal sheets. The entrance was accented with a concrete pergola, giving it a representative character.
