uA140 is a striking and representative finished project of a two-story house with a usable area of 175m2. The characteristic finishing of the facade and the choice of materials give this house project a modern character.

Two types of cladding were combined in an interesting way. On the first floor, gray stone was used and on the first floor - facade board. The rich functional program of this house project will provide comfortable living even for the most demanding investor. A covered entrance area leads inside the house. Inside you will find an open vestibule with space for a closet, which is connected by a passageway with a two-car garage and a boiler room. This is a very convenient solution especially in autumn and winter, when we can get to the car without having to go outside.

Moving on we find ourselves in the living zone, the focal point of which is the fireplace. This zone includes a semi-open kitchen, a bright spacious living room with a dining room, a toilet and an additional room on the first floor that can serve as a study. Residents have an extensive and covered terrace, which can be accessed through a terrace window from the dining room. The terrace will be an ideal place to relax with warm evenings. On the first floor, three bedrooms are planned: a master bedroom with a large dressing room and two spacious children's bedrooms with corner windows, one of which is equipped with a dressing room. In addition, a comfortable bathroom with a separate laundry room has been designed. The uA140 project is ideal for a family of 2+2 or more, who appreciate functional spaces and are looking for a comfortable and fashionable home for years to come.
