uA66 is a unique house project maintained in a modern style for demanding investors. An interesting character of this project is given by a contrasting and bold combination of colors and materials on the facade of the building.
The body of the entire building is also eye-catching, in which two concepts have been combined - a house with a gable roof in the living area and a flat roof over the two-car garage. The house is accessed through a striking covered entrance, from which a corridor leads to the living area. It includes a bright, spacious living room with a dining room open to the garden, thanks to the large area of glazing on the garden facade.

Outside, extensive terraces are planned, which can be accessed from both the living room and the dining room. Downstairs in the living area, there is also a large, open kitchen, which can accommodate a kitchen island. Downstairs, to the right of the entrance, there is an additional room that can serve as a study.

The first floor, or night area, includes three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. In addition, on the first floor there is a public bathroom and a practical laundry room.

uA66 is a house design that is characterized by high functionality and comfort. It is a memorable project and no one will pass by it indifferently. It also comes in a variant uA66v1 with a slightly modified functional layout.
