The simple body of the house has been varied with functional arcades in the entrance area, as well as the terrace area on the garden side. They were distinguished not only by the protrusion of the eaves, but also by the use of appropriate cladding materials. The protrusion of the line of the arcade gave a kind of lightness to the body of the building, provided sun and rain protection for the utility terrace, can provide support for creeping plants which will further enhance the effect of lightness of the structure and introduce an original decorative accent.

A centrally designed entrance separates the functional zones into living and sleeping areas. By opening the kitchen and dining annex to the living room, one large space with interpenetrating functionalities was obtained. The night zone was planned in the depth of the house. Four bedrooms are located here. The main bathroom is set in the center of the establishment, its task will be to serve three rooms. The second bathroom is located near the entrance to the house. Finished project uA46v4 is a comfortable in living design of a single-storey house with the possibility of attic adaptation.
