uA115 is an interesting project of a single-story house in timber frame construction. Thanks to its simple body with a gabled roof, it is an inexpensive project with construction and subsequent operation. This project has 123 m² of usable area which makes it ideal for a family of 4.

uArchitect

The functional layout uses a clear division into living and night zones. The living zone includes an open kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room with access to the terrace and a guest toilet. The night zone includes 3 bedrooms, including one with a dressing room, a public bathroom, a practical laundry room and a utility room. uA115 is a single-story project, which uses the most functional and practical solutions to maximize comfort.
