A simple block with a flat roof just in time for those who like simplicity in an unconventional way. The usable area of 106 m² is planned for a living room with a kitchenette, a study, guest bedrooms on the first floor and a masterbedroom, i.e. a comfortable master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room on the first floor.
