An ideal proposal for lovers of traditional single-family architecture. The finished project uA261 is a classic block in a new edition. This house with a usable attic, with an aesthetically pleasing white and gray exterior elevation, provides its householders with 280 m² of comfortable living space.

The internal functional layout provides many amenities, guaranteeing maximum living comfort. Spacious, bright interiors, open living space. The living area includes a functional kitchen with a handy pantry, which will be loved by any person who likes to cook. The heart of this house project is the living room with a fireplace and a dining room. The functional program of the first floor is complemented by a study, ideal for work, and a bathroom with a shower.

In the attic, four comfortable bedrooms (including a master bedroom) and a bath room with space for a sauna are planned. There is also a practical laundry room.
