Balance between functionality and aesthetics

The investors are parents with three daughters. The custom design was created specifically for a large home for the influencer couple. A subdued color palette, natural materials and thoughtful details create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and harmony. Huge mirrors in various parts of the house perform not only a decorative function, but also optically enlarge the space. Particular attention should be paid to those hanging on the staircase. They spectacularly reflect raw nuggets of rock crystal forming an impressive chandelier. Sufficiently large storage space was not forgotten either. The bathrooms have hidden cabinets over the toilets, the dressing rooms have capacious built-ins, and the study has a built-in desk with space for documents. As a result, homebuyers can enjoy a tidy space without unnecessary items in plain sight. The floor on the entire first floor, including the staircase, was covered with micro-cement. Combined with decorative plaster on the walls and ceiling, this creates a cohesive, minimalist interior. Due to the children and pets living in the house, a steam fireplace was used in the living room. Using steam, light and sound, it perfectly imitates a real fire, introducing a cozy atmosphere without the risk of burns. In addition, the house is equipped with a smart light control system. It makes it easy to manage lighting according to the time of day and the mood of the household members.

Kitchen with a hidden pantry
The kitchen combines minimalist design with the warmth of natural materials. Lower cabinets made of dark wood contrast with a countertop made of sand-colored s intering and hood housing in broken white. The cabinetry is finished with a practical peninsula, which from the kitchen side provides additional storage space, while from the perspective of the living area it decorates the space with subtle fluting. A large window above the countertop provides natural light, while open shelves exposing dishes give the space a homely feel. The kitchen was designed for both everyday chores and larger parties - two dishwashers, spacious worktops and an ergonomic layout ensure convenience and efficiency when preparing meals. The biggest design challenge turned out to be the realization of the pantry dreamed by the investors. To create it, it was necessary to interfere with the designer and use a steel beam to support the structure. As a result, the kitchen opened up to the dining room, while the space for the pantry was taken out of the hall area. Finally, the pantry was cleverly hidden behind the fronts of the kitchen's tall cabinets, making it practical but invisible at first glance.

Meeting place
A dining room was arranged between the kitchen and the living room. Its focal point is a large, solid table, which will accommodate all family members, as well as guests during larger gatherings. Around it are placed comfortable upholstered chairs in subdued colors, providing comfort even during long dinner conversations. Lighting plays a key role here. Above the table hang designer lamps emitting warm, moody light that builds a pleasant atmosphere. The dining room seamlessly merges with the open kitchen and living room, which promotes the integration of the household members and allows free communication while preparing meals. Carefully selected materials and a neutral color scheme in shades of beige, gray and black make the space elegant but not overwhelming. It's a place that combines aesthetics and comfort, encouraging you to spend time together and savor the moment.

Relaxation zone for the whole family
The living room is kept in a subtle palette of beige and white, which makes the space seem extremely light and spacious. Large glazings let in plenty of natural light, which further enhances the impression of openness and warmth. The main element of the lounge area is a comfortable sofa in a shade of écru, which encourages relaxation. Its soft cushions and rounded shapes add coziness to the interior and fit in with current design trends. In front of the sofa there are two wooden coffee tables with cylindrical forms, which warm up the space and provide a practical place for books, decorations or a cup of coffee.A characteristic element of the interior are also decorative ceiling lamps with organic, flowing shapes, which resemble paper flakes floating in the wind. Their delicate structure and asymmetrical form bring an artistic touch and dynamism to the living room. On the wall opposite the sofa is a built-in with minimalist shelves and a large TV. The shelves have been decorated with carefully selected accessories, such as ceramic vases, sculptures and books, which emphasize the elegant, consistent character of the arrangement. The whole is complemented by light, translucent curtains that softly filter the light, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Children's room with a slide
The bright, cozy children's space impresses with its thoughtful organization. Its focal point is a bunk bed with soft upholstery for safety and comfort. The furniture is additionally equipped with drawers located in the steps and a slide, which is undoubtedly the biggest attraction for toddlers. Next to it is a tipi tent, which introduces an element of fun and coziness. The interior is functional, and its color scheme is based on warm beiges and natural shades of wood. The architect opted for a subtle color scheme for the furniture, which allows freedom to decorate the room according to the changing tastes of the little ones.

Bright and cozy bedroom
The bedroom is a real oasis of calm, designed for relaxation and harmony with the surrounding nature. The interior is kept in a subdued, soothing color scheme, dominated by beiges, grays and subtle touches of wood. The floor on the first floor is covered with light-colored boards, which blends perfectly with the surroundings. The idea was for the house to blend in with the landscape, rather than compete with it. The upholstered bed headboard in a sandy shade forms a cohesive composition with the curtains and accessories. On both sides of the piece of furniture there were simple bedside tables, equipped with discreet lamps, allowing to create a moody atmosphere. Minimalist lighting and subtle details emphasize the modern yet cozy character of this room. Noteworthy is the use of carpeting, which dampens sounds and provides suitable conditions for rest. An integral part of this room is the large glass window, which opens the interior to the view of the pine forest. As a result, every morning begins surrounded by nature, and the green of the trees becomes a natural complement to the arrangement.

Bathrooms in natural tones
Residents have three bathrooms at their disposal. The first of them, located on the first floor, has a small area. Despite this, the architect managed to fit both a shower and a monumental sink here, as well as plenty of well-thought-out storage space. The interior is decorated in a muted stone color scheme, which gives it an elegant and timeless feel. Subtle shades create a consistent, harmonious base, promoting a sense of calm and aesthetic order. To avoid monotony, the space has been enriched with LED backlights, which not only highlight the texture of the materials, but also build a cozy mood. The light was placed in strategic places, which further emphasizes the form of the furnishings and gives the interior a modern, slightly futuristic character. The whole is complemented by minimalist black details, such as handles, fixtures and mirror frames, which contrast with the light background and add clarity to the space. Thanks to this combination of colors and textures, the interior gains both an elegant and functional dimension.

The main children's bathroom is a space where functionality is combined with modern design. Its focal point is an impressive composite bathtub of large size, providing comfortable bathing conditions. The built-in shelf is a practical solution, allowing convenient storage of cosmetics and bathing accessories. The interior is also distinguished by elegant washbasins with linear drains, made of the same material as the walls, which gives the space a consistent and minimalist character. The irregular mirror has not only a utilitarian function, but also a decorative one - its asymmetrical form adds dynamism and originality to the interior. The whole is complemented by modern fixtures with simple geometric lines, which emphasize the contemporary style of the interior. Thanks to carefully selected materials and details, the bathroom not only impresses with its aesthetics, but also meets all the needs of the youngest household members, combining convenience with timeless elegance.

The last bathroom is located next to the bedroom. Here the architect created an elegant yet functional space, ideal for daily relaxation. The highlight of the interior is a free-standing bathtub with a subtle, streamlined form, which gives the arrangement lightness and is an incentive for long, relaxing baths. Next to it, an edgy washbasin is placed on the countertop, which harmoniously fits in with the modern aesthetics of the interior. An additional, extremely feminine touch is the dressing table - Sylwia's private corner, which allows for a moment of relaxation and grooming in a comfortable environment. The whole is complemented by a designer vertical radiator, which performs not only a utilitarian function, but also a decorative one, emphasizing the elegant character of the interior. Appropriately selected materials and subtle lighting make the space exude luxury and promote regeneration after a busy day.
