The finished house project uA263 is an interesting design with a minimalist, modern body with a gabled roof without eaves and a flat roof over the garage part.

Bright, spacious, with large windows and an almost entirely glazed garden facade. In the internal functional layout, the architect introduced zoning, i.e. a clear division into living and night zones. On the first floor, that is, in the living zone, open to the garden, a spacious kitchen with an island was planned, which any person who likes to cook will love, as well as a grand, representative living room with space for a dining table. In addition, on the first floor there is a study ideal for remote work and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In the attic, the architect planned a comfortable master bedroom with a private bathroom and dressing room, as well as two twin, set-up and bright children's bedrooms. A public bathroom and a practical laundry room complete the attic layout.

A highlight of this project is a large, convenient garage for two cars, which is also sure to accommodate additional equipment. The design of the uA263 house provides homebuyers with 182 m² of comfortable living space (182 m² of usable living area).
