The design of the uA76v2 house is a proposal for a modern, geometric block with a simple gable roof, in the type of a modern barn.

Project 3xE- energy-efficient, economical and ecological. The exterior facade uses a delicate white and gray color scheme with the use of a facade board. Economy of form, visible primarily in the shape of the body, makes this project can be confidently counted among the projects cheap to build.

This ergonomic one-story house project with a mezzanine is an ideal solution for a family of 2+2. The uA76v2 project is designed on the plan of an elongated rectangle, with a representative entrance and a large terrace. The internal layout of the house is spacious and functional. On the left side there is a separate living area - a large open kitchen with a pantry, accompanied by a dining room, and a spacious and bright living room with an entrance opening onto a wooden pergola-covered terrace and garden.

Above this area is a mezzanine, which serves as a place for work and recreation. In this zone there is also a small bathroom with a shower. The night zone includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, two children's rooms and a large, communal household bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A two-car garage with a utility room has been integrated into the body of the building, connected by a passage through another utility room to the house.
